Make sure you have the following document handy to successfully complete your application

1. Purchase Order
2. Quotations/Invoices from your supplier
3. CIPC registration documents
4. CSD Registration Summary Report
5. ID copies of all Signatories (directors or members)
6. Bank Account confirmation letter

Additional Info

1. Tax Clearance Certificate PIN
2. Proof of Address
3. Resolution to apply for a Loan on behalf of your company/organisation
4. Please note that we only accept files in PDF, JPG, PNG, BMP & TIFF file types.
5. Only a maximum of 10(ten) files with a maximum file size of 2MB can be uploaded.
